At ZMS, Ms. Sweeney was recognized by her colleagues as a standout resource for the latest classroom technology and a driver of 21st Century curricular change. In addition to the monthly staff development sessions she hosted, Ms. Sweeney helped to steer the ZCS Corporation through a successful launch of a one-to-one laptop pilot program with her teaching team in August 2008 resulting in a growing initiative throughout grade levels.
