I am proud to be a part of this program.  MSU’s MAET Overseas program practices what they preach about best pedagogy for teaching and learning.  Students do not rotate between separate classes, but instead, immerse themselves in four weeks of project-based learning to develop their practice as educators and instructional leaders.  Grounded in the research from the TPACK Framework, the graduate instruction team develops a challenging set of experiences for students to get hands-on with what they are learning.  Located in Galway, Ireland for the past several years, students engage with the community around Galway to share their learning and broaden their own cultural understandings.  All this while developing lasting relationships that continue as a professional learning community students stay connected with years after graduating.
